ESIMS 200TR Basic Incident Command System

16.00 Hours This course is designed to enable personnel to operate efficiently during an incident or event within the Incident Command System (ICS). Participants will focuses on the management of single resources. The course is for personnel assigned to a first line supervisor level, single resource leader, field supervisor and other emergency management personnel that require a higher level of NIMS/ICS training.

•         Briefings

•         Organizational Flexibility

•         Transfer of Command

 

Prerequisites ICS 100.

 

Audience

First line supervisor level, single resource leader, field supervisor and other emergency management personnel that require a higher level of NIMS/ICS training personnel from the following disciplines/services

•         Fire service

•         Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

•         Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

•         Law Enforcement (LE)

•         Public Health (PH)

•         Public Works (PW)

•         Emergency Management (EM)

•         Government administrative

•         Private Sector and military (if invited by the host jurisdiction)

•         County, state, and federal agency personnel who will respond with a local jurisdiction during a WMD/terrorism incident

Other Information

Instructor qualifications

ALL TEEX NIMS/ICS instructors are certified Department of Homeland Security NIMS/ICS instructors and meat/exceed all requirements to teach the ICS-200 course and proctor the ICS-200 examination.
