The Emergency Management and Response-Information and Sharing Center (EMR-ISAC) collects, analyzes, and disseminates Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) information to the emergency services sector. It does so in four ways. It publishes the CIP Process Job Aid and the Homeland Security Advisory System Guide. It uses its CIP portal on www.disasterhelp.gov to make info-grams and CIP bulletins available. It also distributes Department of Homeland Security CIP Information for Official Use Only (FOUO) packets to key personnel in the emergency services sector. Finally, EMR-ISAC offers free CIP consultations.
