The contents of this folder relate to communities and government response to an incident and include damage mitigation; disaster relief; emergency communication; incident managment; and search and rescue. Contents may include manuals, guidelines, plans, and case reports of successful practices. Also included in this folder are the National Response Plan and the National Incident Managment System.
