Summary of Key Points, Issues, Conclusions:
This media briefing is a short, highly illustrated synopsis of a pandemic flu exercise that took place September 24 through October 12, 2007. It was conducted by the Financial Banking Information Infrastructure Committee (FBIIC) and the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC) and the participating companies were from the financial services sectors in the United States.

The objectives of this exercise included:
-    Educating the sectors on the systemic risks
-    Providing an opportunity for firms to test their pandemic plans
-    Examine the effects of a pandemic flu on other critical infrastructure and how this will impact the financial services sectors
