The serious study of homeland security has long been hampered by the lack of formal structure to provide content and connectivity between issues. To fill this need, ICHS offers TEX: Taxonomy for Education and eXploration. TEX features more than 9,000 key online documents that represent the best in homeland security studies, filed under 21 categories. It is expanded and updated daily by Deputy Director Laura Spencer and her team of graduate research assistants.
