Danny Wayne Davis
LTC (retired) Danny W. Davis served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. An infantryman, he spent most of his career with airborne, ranger and special forces units.

An adjunct professor with the Bush School, he specializes in homeland defense and homeland security issues. Davis is a member of the Defense Support of Civil Authorities Instructor Team at G7, US Army North, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He holds two degrees from Texas A&M: a bachelor's in history (1976) and a Ph.D. in education (2003). In 1989 Davis received a master's degree in international relations from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama.
