Jamie McElfresh
Operations Officer
Jamie McElfresh joined the Integrative Center for Homeland Security (ICHS) in July of 2005. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Community Journalism from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. Ms. McElfresh comes from a television news production background with nearly 10 years in the business in Western Colorado. Ms. McElfresh was the evening news producer and assistant news director for KJCT-TV 8, the ABC affliate in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Ms. McElfresh now oversees all aspects of office administration and operation for ICHS. She provides administration support to the Director and assists in the accomplishment of his duties. Along with the administrative duties, Ms McElfresh also serves as the booking agent for the radio show, Homeland Security: Inside and Out.
In her off time, Ms McElfresh enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing with horses, traveling and exploring country roads.
